Ellesmere Port-based Surface Transforms raise £350k
Ellesmere Port-based Surface Transforms plc, a manufacturer of carbon-ceramic brake discs for cars and aircraft, have announced the placing of 2.6m ordinary shares raising a total of £350k.
The ordinary shares were of 1 pence each in the company at a placing price of 13 pence per share.
The Board of Surface Transforms raised £1.07m in November 2014 via the placing of shares.
