Hat Trick Success at Design Awards
Shackletons congratulate their clients’ success during the prestigious annual Healthcare Design Awards 2015 held in London.
The latest new builds from Yorkare Homes, Magdalen Park based in Hedon East Yorkshire; Milford Care, Ashbourne Lodge based in Derbyshire; and Catalyst Interiors client Meridian Healthcare’s the Denby, based at Denby Dale, were all recognised during this year’s awards for the quality of care achieved through design and the contribution made by its designers, architects and owners.
Magdalen Park and The Denby secured a win for best New Care Home for the Elderly, and Ashbourne Lodge were finalists in the Best Regeneration Project.
Shackletons worked with Yorkare Homes, Milford Care and Catalyst Interiors to interpret individual visions for the new builds by providing tailored furniture solutions that would meet the needs of dementia, nursing and elderly care on offer.
Jason Bloom, National Sales Manager from Shackletons says: “We were very privileged to be part of the awards ceremony and part of our clients’ success. The recognition they have received is much deserved for their forward thinking and inspirational approach to care home design and care delivery.”
