Newark ‘Landlord Advice Clinic’- just what the doctor ordered for local investors

A Newark based lettings agency has announced that it will be offering free landlord clinic sessions for both landlords and investors, giving them advice on the ever changing property market.

Buttercross Estates, with its brand new office on Middle Gate, is inviting both novice and experienced landlords looking for free advice and support, to join them from April 23rd between 4pm and 6pm.

Its sessions will alternate each week, with another session being held on April the 30th between 11am-1pm, and will cover topics such as, reducing void periods, new legislation, dealing with rental arrears, and general investment advice.

Managing Director at Buttercross, Daniel Otton, said: “We thought that launching our very own ‘landlord clinic’ was a great idea, to coincide with the opening of our new Newark branch. Anyone is welcome, and there is no need to make an appointment.”

After the success of sourcing investment properties, Buttercross Estates has now opened in Newark town centre, and it is hoped that the landlord clinic, will help introduce the team to some of the areas investors and landlords.

Mr Otton, added: “We are a proactive letting agent working in partnership with our local landlords on their property problems. We can offer advice for the seasoned investor with a large portfolio, or indeed the accidental landlord.”
