Newton-Le-Willows soft drinks group Nichols acquire 49% of The Noisy Drinks Co
The manufacturer of Vimto, Panda and Sunkist have announced the acquisition of 49% equity stake in The Noisy Drinks Co Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
Essex-based Noisy Drinks distributes slush drinks under the brand Starslush and had an annual turnover of £6.6m in its last financial year.
The news came with a trading update in which the company said that the UK market would remain challenging this year, however the group expect to deliver results in line with expectations.
The company announced pre-tax profits of £25.7m last month, up 14.1%.
