Chester-based firm launch SME finance comparison site
A new comparison website has launched aimed at helping SMEs find alternative funding options in a safe and secure manner.
With headquarters in Chester city centre, BusinessComparison.com has more than 30 years’ experience with comparison giants such as MoneySupermarket and Go Compare, and has created a platform to provide SMEs across the UK with expert knowledge, advice and guidance on the range of solutions available to them.
Head of BusinessComparison.com, Philip Brennan, said: “Gaining initial funding for a business venture or accessing additional finance for expansion is a key issue that’s holding back the growth of the UK economy.
“While individuals are more than catered for, it was clear that there was a real gap in the market for an online platform which businesses could turn to for financial options outside of their bank.
“We’ve completed extensive research and testing to ensure the website is as user-friendly as possible, and our focus is on providing an online tool that allows a quick and easy comparison of everything needed to run a business smoothly.
“We’ve started with financial comparison, and we’re already looking to expand into additional markets such as energy and insurance, to really help accommodate the needs of SMEs.”
