Growing Stanley lettings firm expands with new division and rebrand
Castledene Property Management, a lettings agent based at Station Road in Stanley, has launched a new sales division and re-branded as Castledene Sales and Lettings.
The branch opened in May last year following a £50k renovation project and now manages more than 200 properties.
It has four full time employees, and the opening of the new division will bring another two experienced members of staff to the branch, enabling the team to offer extensive estate agency and lettings services in both commercial and residential sectors.
Branch manager John Robson, said: “We have built a solid presence in Stanley over the past 12 months, and have had brilliant feedback from landlords both locally and further afield.
“One year on, we are delighted to be in such a strong position, and we believe that our rebrand will mark us out as being the first choice for local people for all property matters – whether they want to sell their house, take their first steps on the property ladder, source office space or enter the lettings market.”
The Castledene Group’s managing director John Paul said: “The team at our Stanley branch hit the ground running last year and have accomplished so much in just 12 months, thanks to their dedication to customer service and unrivalled local knowledge.
“To celebrate this success, we decided to re-brand the branch to provide a clearer indication of the services on offer, and we’re sure that it will continue to grow and thrive in the coming months.”
The Castledene Group will open a new branch in Hartlepool in May, and will be purchasing an estate agency in the same time period.
The company, which employs 38 people, was founded in 2008 and has a network of 6 branches across the region, managing more than 2,000 properties.
It was crowned the UK’s best lettings agency at last year’s Sunday Times Lettings Awards, marking the first time in the prestigious event’s five-year history that a business outside London won the title.
As well as being announced as the overall winner, Castledene scooped three Gold awards in the categories of Best Training and Development Lettings Agency, Best Medium Northern Lettings Agency, and Best UK Medium Lettings Agency.
