Homes in Burton-upon-Trent launch this weekend
A regional builder has announced the launch of a brand new development in Burton-upon-Trent this weekend.
Persimmon Homes North Midlands will open its sales office at Canalside, Off Princess Way, Stretton, as the infrastructure around the site begins to come together.
Buyers will be able to view the plans for the development’s collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes and demand is expected to be high.
The area has become highly sought after by both families and couples a-like thanks to its excellent transport links, convenient location and stunning surrounding countryside.
Nadine O’Dowd, field sales manager for Persimmon Homes North Midlands, said: “We’re looking forward to the official opening of Canalside as hundreds of people have already registered their interest in the development.
“We believe that this weekend will be very busy with plenty of potential buyers looking to secure themselves a new home in Burton-upon-Trent. It will provide people with an excellent opportunity to meet with our team of experienced sales advisors and view the plans for themselves.
“We would urge people to act quickly and take advantage of our opening weekend as to avoid disappointment. Savvy buyers know that by buying off-plan they will have the pick of the best plots.”
Canalside offers a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes which are ideal for first-time buyers, families, downsizers and investors.
