North Yorkshire’s Twisted Automotive signs brand deal with British racing driver Max Chilton
Twisted Automotive, based in Thirsk, has secured a new brand deal with British racing driver Max Chilton.
The new agreement is for a multi-year partnership that will see Max support the brand across digital and event campaigns.
Twisted Automotive specialise in undertaking extensive modifications on Land Rover Defender to achieve a fundamentally better vehicle whilst maintaining it’s original integrity and style.
The company can spend over 300 hours improving everything from simple bolts, to full engine rebuilds and luxury interiors designed around the customer’s individual requirements.
Twisted recently launched its next-generation range of Land Rover Defenders. Sales are limited and the company has already received orders from around the world, as interest in the modified vehicle peaks in its final year of manufacture.
Alex Duckett, operations director at Twisted, said: “Twisted strives to maintain its global reputation for creating the finest Land Rover Defenders money can buy. It is important that we work with people who share our passion for unapologetic quality and performance, and Max is the perfect fit. Like Twisted, he has a global fan base that I’m sure will understand the synergies between driver and brand.”
Max Chilton added: “I’m a huge fan of the Defender and it’s incredible to see what Twisted can do these iconic vehicles. They scrutinise every tiny detail to extract maximum performance and create a uniquely tuned, stunning adaptation of a classic off-road vehicle. I’m really excited to be representing them and delighted to have them as an official supporter.”
