Bromak Recruitment shortlisted for Skills for Business Awards

Bolton based Bromak Recruitment has been shortlisted for two awards at the Skills for Business Awards 2015.

The construction and social housing recruitment consultancy is shortlisted in the Construction Skills for Business category, as well as being nominated for Medium Business of the Year in association with their sister company 3B Training.

The nominations recognise Bromak’s commitment to the training and development of internal employees as well as candidates who work on their behalf. Bromak employs a number of apprentices and trainees across five of their branches and is committed to their internal development.

Dave Brooks, MD of Bromak Recruitment said: “We’re always investing in the development of our staff, we think it’s really important to provide them with everything they need to excel in their roles. We’re not afraid to take on trainees or apprentices and train them up, in fact many of our management team started out like this.”

The annual awards celebrate the outstanding contribution that skills and learning make to businesses across Greater Manchester.
