Feefo Joins Demandware LINK to Accelerate Commerce Innovation
Global Feedback Engine Feefo, today announced that it has become a Demandware LINK Technology Partner.
The partnership, which will see Feefo’s platform integrated with the Demandware Commerce Cloud will make it possible for Demandware clients to implement its feedback into the service in a fraction of the time normally required.
Feefo’s customer feedback service is used by marketing teams to influence consumers in their decision making process, by customer service teams to understand satisfaction and by management to gain valuable insight in to the complete customer experience.
“Feefo’s award-winning ratings and reviews platform will help our clients enhance the level of engagement they have with customers and their conversion rates,” said Tom Griffin, SVP of Corporate Development at Demandware. “Now, with the pre-built integration, it’s easier than ever for our clients to deploy this innovative technology.”
