Forensiq Names Mike Andrews, PhD As Chief Scientist
Former Director of Research for DoubleVerify brings 15 plus years of innovation to leading ad fraud detection company
Forensiq, a leading ad fraud detection and prevention company, announced the addition of research, analytics, and data strategist, Mike Andrews as Chief Scientist.
In his new role of Chief Scientist, Dr. Andrews will be responsible for research and development, leading to innovative new approaches in botnet and ad fraud detection and prevention. Andrews will also be charged with facilitating collaborations between industry thought leaders throughout the sector, as well as in academia. Andrews will report directly to Forensiq’s CEO, David Sendroff.

Andrews has several years of experience in the greater marketing ecosystem, including recent successes for data-driven companies within the advertising technology industry. Andrews served as the Principal Data Scientist at Collective, where he developed its first event-driven scoring engine. Prior to Collective, Andrews worked at DoubleVerify as Director of Modeling and Research, where he built web classification and ad fraud detection systems, including the company’s first botnet identification technology. Mike began his career at Bell Laboratories in 1998 after receiving his Ph.D. in Experimental Physics from MIT.
