Leicester based Acorn Lettings is today celebrating the 20th anniversary of its surveying business, by recruiting another team member.
The property management specialist has both FRICS certified and RICS certified surveyors working as part of a dedicated team, with over 20 years experience and is now looking for both new referrals, and a new residential surveyor to join its branch.
Managing Director, Richard Hopwood has over 35 years worth of experience as an active residential surveyor in the East Midlands and is looking to make more local contacts.
He said: “It has been a fantastic 20 years at Acorn Lettings and we are hoping to make the next 20 years even better. We are aiming to make more local contacts and are even championing a new referral reward scheme for those able to pass us the leads..”
Acorn Lettings , which also has offices in Nottingham and Derby, offer a full range of RICS surveys, RICS homebuyers reports, and valuation reports for cash buyers across the East Midlands.
Mr Hopwood, added: “Getting surveys done can be a tough process and some people don’t know what is required. However, we can help people to achieve their goal whether it is feasibility studies or building and condition surveys.
“Our experience, and many years of managing a residential and commercial property management and lettings agency, alongside our surveying business, show that we are able to offer added value to our clients.”
