Manchester-based Landwood Group appointed to sell former Eurotunnel exhibition centre
The London office of the Landwood Group, the Manchester-based chartered surveyors and auctioneers, has been appointed to sell the former Eurotunnel exhibition centre.
The prominent office building is by the M20 in Cheriton near Folkestone and has 29,000 sq ft of office space.
Offers are invited starting at £2.75m subject to contract for the freehold.
Landwood director Richard Blackman said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to offer this very unique building in such a key location.
“Together with our local agents, Smith-Wooley, we are already courting serious inquiries from a number of major national and international companies.”
Working in asset valuation, management and disposal, the Landwood Group has offices in London, Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham.
The group deals with plant, machinery and property assets for private clients, banks and insolvency practitioners.
