New digital business joins Teesside tech hub Fusion Hive

The digital revolution in Tees Valley seems set to continue as tech hub Fusion Hive welcomes its latest tenant.

Stockton-based Integrity Search is capitalising on a successful 2015, by moving to the brand-new business and innovation centre on Northshore in order to give the company the best opportunities for further growth.

Founded in 2010, the company recently rebranded and harnesses ambitious plans for development, recently expanding with a new London office.

Integrity Search helps its clients grow and drive profit through the use of digital marketing techniques. Working with clients to develop a growth strategy, it uses an array of integrated digital marketing services to meet their needs.

With expertise in search engine optimisation, paid searches, social media and content marketing, the business has also developed its own responsive ecommerce platform.

Integrity Search’s work is based on results; it boasts growing online businesses by on average 500% in the first six months of working with them.

This year has been a special year for the business, with several new client wins to add to its nationally-based client portfolio.

The company was also recognised for its work when it took home the Digital and Social Media award at the 2015 Teesside Business of the Year Awards, as well as being shortlisted for a further 3 award finals so far this year for the campaigns it delivers and the results they achieve for their clients.

Integrity Search’s Managing Director, Kristin Atkinson, already has a strong relationship with Fusion Hive operators Teesside University, having worked with the DigitalCity initiative to provide recruitment and financial assistance when he need help to grow the company.

He sees the move to Fusion Hive, a flexible working space, developed, built and operated with the needs of digital and creative tenant organisations at its core, as a key part of the business’s growth strategy.

Kristin said: “There is a digital revolution going on in the Tees Valley, and the region as a whole, and we want to be at the forefront, which is why we have decided to join Fusion Hive. I emphasise the word ‘join’ as this is a collaborative effort.

“The opportunity to work together in a flexible facility, developed for businesses like ours, gives our organisation a real opportunity for growth.

“This has been a big year for us already, recruiting new staff, rebranding, setting up our London base and winning the Digital and Social Media Award at the Teesside Business of the Year awards. However, this is just a platform for us and we want to take our business to the next level.

“We have an excellent client portfolio and we want to build on this, so maintaining a high quality level of service will be paramount. Our operation is based on results, which we deliver, and our quantifiable operation allows us to put integrity into these results.”

Laura Woods, Director of Academic Enterprise at the University, said: “Integrity Search is an extremely innovative and forward-thinking business and we’re delighted to welcome Kristin and his team to Fusion Hive.

“It’s good to see a company which we helped to grow when it was in its early stages becoming so successful and moving to Fusion Hive in order to realise its potential.”
