Growing accountancy firm relocates to Middlesbrough’s Central Point
Beaumont Accountancy Services has relocated from Redcar to Central Point, Middlesbrough, the high-specification business centre created by Linthorpe Developments.
Linthorpe Developments is owned by property investor and regeneration entrepreneur, Geoff who has more than 20 years’ experience in the property sector.
During this time, Mr Hogg has amassed a strong mixed portfolio of retail, office and residential schemes, totalling an investment of £15m, across the North East.
Beaumont Accountancy Services was launched in 1989 by senior partner Russ Teasdale, who has steered the firm from being a business based in the attic at his home in Marske to an operation occupying three offices at a business centre on Kirkleatham Business Park at Redcar.
Mr Teasdale said where the firm was based previously ‘had done them proud’, but it had outgrown the space and wanted to move to a high specification location which could accommodate all its employees in one office and provide the potential to grow even more.
Mr Teasdale said: “Central Point is very impressive having been developed to an extremely high standard. When looking to relocate it was the stand-out site that could not only meet all of my company’s needs, but also could go above and beyond to ensure the future success of the business.
“The combination of a top quality working environment with a modern, clean and minimalistic feel, the flexible terms, and ancillary amenities made Central Point an ideal location for us and one to which we will be proud to welcome clients.
“We are winning new business on a regular basis so it also was important that the space available afforded the potential to accommodate more staff.”
Geoff said: “Central Point has been designed with discerning, dynamic businesses, such as Beaumont Accountancy Services, in mind and it is testimony to what we have achieved that Russ Teasdale’s firm has chosen to make it its new home.”
Central Point Business Centre comprises retail units and a range of high specification, serviced office spaces, which have flexible terms without any long-term rental commitment and which are ideal for start-up and expanding enterprises.
Each office has broadband speeds of up to 100MB and access to shared amenities including meeting rooms, a board room and kitchens. In addition Central Point has its own private underground car park with 40 spaces.
The business centre also has flexible storage facilities available to businesses with the inclusion of secure units ranging between 750 sq. ft. and 2,500 sq. ft, which are targeted at Middlesbrough-based companies looking for additional off-site storage.
Beaumont Accountancy Services’ offering encompasses corporation taxation, personal taxation, management accounting, business start-up advice, payroll support, performance review services and accountancy solutions.
