Positive add Zest to education sector
Midlands based start-up, Zest Education Ltd (“Zest”), has secured a £50,000 funding line from Birmingham based, invoice finance specialists, Positive Cashflow Finance (“Positive”).
Entrepreneur, Brad Johnson, has over 10 years’ experience in the education recruitment sector. Zest was established in Birmingham in January 2015, supplying teaching staff to schools throughout the West Midlands.
Although Zest Education operates in a competitive sector, the business’ hands on approach and personal service has enabled it to make an instant impact in the market.
The £50,000 funding facility will be used to inject working capital into the business and ensure the ambitious growth plans Brad has set are fully realised.
Brad Johnson, managing director at Zest Education said: “I have always been passionate about education and fully understand the value of matching the best teachers to the right schools.
“After meeting with Paul, I immediately felt he understood my business and what I wanted to achieve over the next few years, which made the decision easy.”
Paul Varley, regional sales director at Positive said: “Brad has a great track record within the sector and we are delighted to be providing a funding facility to assist the growth in the early stages and look forward to working with him over the next few years.”
Positive is an independent invoice finance provider with offices in Manchester and Birmingham offering facilities from £10,000 to £1m.
