Expansion & Acquisition for Focus Management Consultants Limited

The market leader in food and drink resourcing across the UK and internationally, Focus Management Consultants Limited celebrates a record trading period and announces its interest in a peer acquisition.

Centrally managed from its Bollington, Cheshire based head office, the firm has seen its strongest ever quarter with an impressive 30% like for like uplift on last year, and with year on year growth predicted to now hit 20% for their financial year ending June 2015.

Stephen Jones, Co-founder and Director at Focus Management Consultants Limited, explained: “We have witnessed substantial growth since the start of the calendar year. The business anticipates further acceleration on this uplift as a consequence of team headcount expansion which, I am happy to advise, will continue with further new appointments across 2015, targeting those consultants who wish to work for an ambitious market leader.

Moreover we will potentially consolidate further by reviewing strategic options for the business to create value. These include the potential acquisition of another food and beverage recruitment consultancy to expand upon our presence and generate synergies.“

The business, which has been successfully trading since 1990 has in addition to its Cheshire head office three additional UK locations, as well as the Middle East operation in Dubai.
