Leeds agency firm ranked UK’s No.1 Independent Agency in Census
Home, a Leeds-based marketing communications agency, has been ranked No 1 in the UK Independent Agency Census for 100+ staff.
To receive a ranking, the census takes into account three polls - a company’s financial performance, client satisfaction and peer recognition, which is then voted for anonymously by clients and fellow marketers.
Following the results of these three surveys, Home was named No 1 in the 100+ staff elite category.
Established back in 2002 in a Headingley loft as an advertising and design agency with only six employees, Home are now 180 strong, and operate out of Leeds (Roundhay), London, Gibraltar and Sydney offices, with Leeds always remaining their operational HQ.
While the company grew, so did the sectors it worked in, and now Home cover branding, advertising, on and offline creative, search-driven digital marketing, social media and PR.
Dave Sewards, CEO at Home, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have been recognised as the No 1 independent agency in the UK. If you told me this back in 2002, I wouldn’t have believed you.
“We have gone from strength-to-strength over the past year, thanks to our clients and industry peers for their support and recognition. The real praise has to go to our staff, whose hard work and family attitude have made us grow at the rate we have.”
The Independent Agency Census, compiled by The Drum and Recommended Agency Register, provides a comprehensive review of the independent agency landscape in the UK.
Home has offices in Leeds, London, Gibraltar and Sydney, employs over 180 staff and has a turnover of nearly £30m.
