CBRE secure trio of lettings at Liverpool Innovation Park
A trio of new lettings has been secured by CBRE’s Liverpool office at the new-look Liverpool Innovation Park.
Redbridge Product & Flowers have expanded significantly, taking 5000 sq ft of offices on a 10 year lease.
Jonathan Ford & Co have doubled their office space from 500 to 1000 sq ft and have committed to the site for a further 3 years, whilst Hyperion Executive Search has also doubled their offices and committed to a new lease.
Liverpool Innovation Park, an extensive 22 acre, 398,000 sq ft business park on Edge Lane, has become home to many successful businesses.
Senior Surveyor of Asset Services at CBRE’s Liverpool Office, David Tyson, said;
“The latest trio of lettings illustrate exciting times ahead for Liverpool Innovation Park.
“With the demolition works nearly complete, it’s great to see further occupiers expanding and committing to the scheme.
“Following the launch of the new-look park in June, CBRE will continue to work closely with the HCA to refurbish the existing buildings to further enhance the look and feel of the park as well future proofing it.”
