Doncaster Rovers set to enhance VIP supporters experience
Apart from another season in League One, Doncaster Rovers fans have something else to look forward to ahead of the 2015/16 season, but only for the VIP supporters.
The south Yorkshire club’s home ground, Keepmoat Stadium, is set to undergo a major hospitality refurbishment.
As reported by F.C. Business, Rovers have announced plans to renovate the stadium’s hospitality lounge with an aim of giving corporate guests a new and enhanced VIP experience.
A significant investment will be made by the Sky Bet League 1 club to transform and re-launch Rovers’ corporate product, in time for the launch of the brand new VIP package ‘Legends Club’.
Head of Commercial, Andrew Whitham stated that the refurbishment is a much needed improvement of the current corporate experience.
He said: “The Premier Club has been a bustling and thriving place to be for more than nine years and has seen some of the most successful years in Doncaster Rovers history.”
“But we wanted to freshen things up a little and give something back to the corporate supporters that have given us so much over the years. Over the next few weeks wholesale changes will be made throughout the corporate areas in the East Stand, in time for the big kick off in August of the 2015/16 football season.
“There has been some phenomenal success for this club in the last nine years and many names have etched themselves into Rovers folklore, achieving legendary status. The new ‘Legends Club’ is the perfect tribute to those players who have done so much for Doncaster Rovers and we are delighted to honour them in this way.”
