Breakfast and conversation for North East's movers and shakers
TAIT Walker is launching a series of breakfast discussions throughout 2015, aimed at the region’s company directors to address the issues that really matter to the North East in the wake of the General Election.
An interactive debate at the Marriott Hotel, Gateshead on Thursday 11 June, will see guest speakers Ross Smith, from the NECC, Edward Twiddy of Atom Bank, Liz Mayes from the EEF and Bob Paton of the North East LEP take centre stage to cover a range of hot topics currently affecting North East businesses, post-election.
As well as debating the key issues of the moment, the panel speakers will also share their experiences, current processes and successful business strategies with the audience, in a bid to encourage conversation and give a voice to the North East’s company directors.
Tait Walker’s Alastair Wilson said: “Audience participation at our directors breakfasts is actively encouraged and we are asking attendees to put forward questions for the panel to debate, to ensure everyone gets the absolute most from the session. We’re expecting to have some of the region’s most well respected business people congregated together at same place and time, so the chance of a lively discussion is very likely!”
Event registration begins at 7.45am, with the session starting at 8.15am prompt and due to finish at 9.30am. The format of the event will be 10 minute updates from each of the speakers, followed by an open floor Q&A session.
Spaces are limited so those interested in attending should book early to secure a place. Contact claire.blake@taitwalker.co.uk or call 0191 285 0321 to register. If you have any specific topic or question that you would like the panel to address, please include it with your booking.
