Capita Professional Recruitment supports latest Interim Management research

Specialist interim provider, Capita Professional Recruitment, is supporting the annual benchmarking survey run by the Institute of Interim Management’s (IIM) research. The survey, which asks over 2015 interim managers and service providers about assignments, routes to market, rates and trends, provides a great overview of the market.

As a provider of interims to organisations within the public and private sectors, Capita Professional Recruitment is urging professionals to support the research and feedback their personal experiences of the service they receive. This will provide interim recruiters a comprehensive overview of whether their service levels are adequate or if there are areas that could be improved on. In the 2014 IIM survey Capita Professional Recruitment ranked as a Gold Service Provider, for example, and expects to meet or exceed this this time.
