New tenant for Cuba Industrial Estate
One of the UK’s top 10 online Fancy Dress retailers has taken space at Cuba Industrial Estate in Greater Manchester.
Fancy Dress Magic has agreed lease terms on a 10,000 sq. ft. detached unit which will become the firm’s new distribution headquarters.
Cuba Industrial Estate offers a variety of modern self-contained warehouses and manufacturing facilities all within easy reach of the motorway network. The site is well suited for logistical uses as well as a central depot for national and regional organisations.
Nolan Redshaw, acted on behalf of B and E Boys, senior surveyor, Jonathan Pickles said: “The market continues to show growth in all sectors, however the bulk of activity continues to be focused on leasehold industrial space in which we have a tremendous success rate. Nolan Redshaw are committed to working closely with clients and pride ourselves on the clarity and professionalism of our approach.”
Andrea Procter from Fancy Dress Magic said: “We are delighted to find premises that will incorporate our existing sites and give us the capability to continue with our rapid growth. Sites such as eBay and Amazon allow us to currently send up to 7,500 articles out each day; we look forward to the benefits future expansion will bring to our business and local employment.”
