In Cleethorpes and Immingham, the Shoreline Housing Partnership three-year contract will see Glendale work with members of the community to improve the standard of green areas.
The contracts follow Glendale’s similar wins with Bolton at Home, Johnnie Johnson Housing and Midland Heart worth approximately £2.75m per annum.
Mike Brunskill, sales and marketing director at Glendale said: “These contract wins are fantastic news for Glendale as we continue to grow our presence in the housing sector.
“In the past we have predominantly worked with local authorities and while we will continue to do so we are seeing strong growth in other areas, in particular with housing associations.”
“Our main aim with these contracts will be to improve the overall standard of the estates and green areas.
“The contracts will also enable Glendale to work closely with residents and local community groups to increase satisfaction levels and contributes to the local economy by creating job opportunities and delivering added value initiatives and ideas.”
