Xero Unveils Next Wave of Innovation

- Company Launches New Business Performance Dashboard

- Product upgrades designed to advance small business success

- Growth rate continues globally as Xero hits half a million subscribers globally

London, June 4, 2015 —Xero has today announced the launch of the Business Performance Dashboard, giving UK small businesses better control of their finances. The launch also marks a significant milestone as Xero reaches half a million subscribers in more than 180 countries across the world.

The new Business Performance dashboard in Xero will enable businesses to identify potential concerns early enough to take action. Within the dashboards reporting option, businesses and their advisors can view their performance across a wide range of standard business metrics and can easily view graphs of each metric. The effortless, beautifully designed and integrated interface will fast become a critical tool to promoting effective, real-time decision-making within a business.

The Business Performance dashboard will now enable our customers to collaborate and further enhance communications with their accountant and bookkeepers, allowing them to have the adequate time to do what they do best - run a successful business.”

This new capacity is just one of 500 software releases so far this year, designed to ease the accounting process and advance small businesses success. As well as the Business Performance Dashboard update, Xero will also be releasing a number of further product upgrades over the coming weeks including:

Apple iOS Integration

Allowing integration with the Apple Watch that provides consistent, elegant notifications regarding business financial success while owners are on the go When coupled with iOS alert capabilities, small business owners can now stay up to date on what’s happening with their business with a glance at their wrist. Alerts will appear when bank feeds have been updated

Xero, Gmail and More

Xero users will have the capability to choose a filtered view of their inbox in relation to a specific business contact This new functionality will also allow for the creation of a new quote or invoice from within email

Xero Billable Expenses

Billable Expenses in Xero allows for consistent, transparent expense tracking in an effort to promote positive cash flow. When a purchase is recorded, the business owner can simply specify which client (or clients) to assign the expenses to Xero will send a reminder of any outstanding items the next time a bill is raised for a specific client and reports can be issued to identify outstanding costs

Xero Me

Me, a new iOS app designed to continue to ease and automate some of the key functions that come with running a business Employees can easily and immediately communicate with business owners and decision-makers to request time off or view payslips in real-time on their mobile device whether at home, at work or on the go

Practice Reports

A simple and fast way for accountants and bookkeepers to generate powerful business insights for their clients

Xero’s new Practice Reports enable reports to be built in minutes and based on accurate real-time data
