NewVoiceMedia named Computing Vendor Excellence Awards finalist
NewVoiceMedia, a leading global provider of omni-channel cloud customer contact technology, has reached the final in the Computing Vendor Excellence Awards. Organised by Computing magazine, the annual awards celebrate the achievements of the technology vendors and service providers who are leading the field of enterprise IT with innovative products, services and solutions that underpin and drive success in both business and public sector organisations.
NewVoiceMedia was recognised for its cloud solution ContactWorld for Service, which revolutionises the way organisations connect with their customers worldwide, enabling them to deliver a personalised and unique customer service experience. The company, which is outpacing the cloud customer contact technology market fivefold, now serves customers spanning 128 countries and six continents, including Topcon, MobileIron, TNT, Lumesse, Qlik, JustGiving, Canadian Cancer Society and Wowcher.
The judging panel, comprised of IT leaders and Computing staff, recognises vendors who help their customers deliver competitive advantage, automate business processes, save on costs and protect their organisation by achieving compliance. From mobile communications to the Internet of Things, the shortlist spans every major area of the industry.
Jonathan Gale, CEO of NewVoiceMedia, comments, “We’re delighted that our ContactWorld technology has been recognised by Computing’s expert panel and that we’ve reached the shortlist. We pride ourselves on the dedication and innovation involved in developing our market-leading cloud customer contact solutions, as they are revolutionising the customer experience. We look forward to hearing what the judges have to say”.
Winners will be revealed at the Computing Vendor Excellence Awards event in London on 10 July 2015.
