New CEO announced at webexpenses
Webexpenses - the company that offers simple, cloud-based solutions for employee expenses - has appointed Adam Reynolds as CEO. This is a newly created role reflecting the continued growth of the business, which will see Reynolds working alongside Chairman Michael Richards.
Reynolds previously held the position of Head of Sales at the company and brings with him a wealth of management and leadership expertise, as well as a proven track record of success at financial software companies.
Reynolds started his career as a graduate at Snowdrop Systems, where he first met webexpenses Chairman, and Founder of Snowdrop Systems, Michael Richards. Reynolds was soon promoted to the account management team, with responsibility for the management of the majority of Snowdrop Systems’ clients across both the public and private sectors.
Following the acquisition of Snowdrop Systems by Sage, Reynolds moved into the sales division before becoming Head of Sales at Sage, covering HR and Payroll.
Commenting on the new appointment, Michael Richards said: “Having known and worked with Adam for over 10 years, I know he is the right person to take webexpenses forward. This is a really exciting time for us and no one knows the company – or the industry – better than Adam.”
Commenting on his appointment, Adam Reynolds said: “I’m tremendously pleased to be appointed as CEO of webexpenses. Webexpenses is one of those rare companies to have truly revolutionised the business world through technology, and I couldn’t be more excited to lead on the next stage of its journey both in the UK and in international markets.
“There is a fantastic opportunity ahead. We are incorporating the most innovative thinking into all our offerings, particularly around the design and experience of our software. A big part of my job will be to accelerate our ability to bring innovative products to our customers more quickly, and I look forward to taking on this new challenge and working with a fantastic team.”
Since 2000, webexpenses has provided cloud-based software helping companies manage their expenses with greater efficiency. The software is now used in over 60 countries by organisations ranging from SMEs to large multinationals.
