Liverpool-based Prospect Homes reports ‘phenomenal’ sales

Liverpool-based house-builder, Prospect Homes, is reporting high demand for new homes in the Northwest region with an exceptional rate of sales across developments in Manchester, Chorley and Timperley.

Since the turn of the year over 50 home-buying families have completed a move to the Maine Place, where a wide range of homes are being built on the site of Manchester City’s former stadium, whilst all 27 properties on the first two phases have been sold or reserved from plan at Met 32 in Timperley, near Altrincham, and eight reservations and one sale have been secured since April at Buckshaw Central, Prospect’s development in the heart of Buckshaw Village near Chorley.

Total projected sales revenue is around £15.436 million for the reservations, sales and completions secured across the three developments in 2015.

Sales and Marketing Director at Prospect Homes, Becky Leighton, said: “For many years the Northwest has been Prospect Homes’ most active region and we have established an excellent reputation here.

“Sales performance has been consistently strong for over two years but it has leapt to a new level in 2015.

“Our flagship development at the Maine Place has enjoyed a phenomenal sales performance – we recently brought forward the launch of the new Midfield phase to meet demand and all ten opening releases were reserved from plan within two weeks.

“In recent weeks Prospect Homes have further expanded our build programme in the Northwest with the launch of two other developments at Kingswood in Prestwich and Riversleigh in Warton, near Preston.”
