Blyth-based company named as part of new government digital mailroom framework

Cleardata UK Ltd, a document management company, have been appointed as a supplier to the government’s new framework for digital mailroom services.

The Blyth-based company will work within the newly launched Postal Goods and Services Framework (RM1063).

The framework, which has been established collaboratively by Crown Commercial Service (CCS), YPO and ESPO, provides public sector bodies with services relating to the digitalisation of mail including opening, scanning and electronic distribution of mail; archiving, destruction and indexing services; mail screening; cherished or valuable document handling; and other bespoke services as required.

This framework offers cost saving solutions to the public sector and is fully compliant with UK and EU procurement regulations, enabling the procurement process to be completed quickly and efficiently.
