Nolan Redshaw Secures Large Letting in Bury

Nolan Redshaw, acting on behalf of Goldwall Property Company , has agreed another substantial office letting in Bury at Link House.

The 11,000 , sq ft office space, which is set across two floors, will be occupied by Bury Freedom Church on a 10 year lease. The rental has been agreed at a market level.

Previously occupied by Bury College, Link House is located on the predominate corner of Walmersley Road, close to The Rock Shopping Centre development.

Commenting on the successful letting, Paul Nolan, Director and Head of Agency at Nolan Redshaw, said, “We are delighted to have achieved such an excellent result on what is the largest office letting in the town, since our transaction at The Exchange in January which was cica 9,500 sq ft “.
