Finest Properties expands with new new Darlington office
Finest Properties, a recent addition to the North East property scene, has just opened an office in Darlington.
Finest Properties been operating for just two years and the new office is a direct result of the increased demand for the heritage and lifestyle properties it offers.
The Darlington Office of Finest Properties, which is located on Duke Street, joins the Northumberland branch based in Corbridge.
Within the first 12 months of operating Finest Properties achieved the 2013 Sunday Times ‘Best Agency Newcomer’ silver award. Now employing 10 members of staff, the Darlington Office is the next chapter of this ‘newcomer’ to the property business.
Ryan Eve, Managing Director of the Finest Properties Group, commenting on the need for the Darlington Office said: “The company has gone from strength to strength over the past two years.
“We have seen a marked increase in vendors from County Durham and the surrounding area looking for the service that we provide, and have in fact been acting on behalf of clients in this area for some time.
“It was a natural move for the company as we are getting many more clients further south, and this office can service the North Yorkshire and County Durham areas as well.”
