North East business coach releases first book
A North East entrepreneur who took the leap leaving full-time employment to set up her own business has published her first self-help book.
Jo Davidson, owner of life coaching practice, Live Yourself Happy, has published ‘Remarkable Me: The Woman’s Guide to Becoming Fearless and Getting Whatever You Want“
Jo said: “Life coaching in the UK is now recognised as playing an important role in the success of individuals and businesses alike.
“As a life coach I’m here to help people from all walks of life discover what they want and how to achieve it. I help them find positive solutions to life’s challenges and that’s what my book is about.
The book, which aims to inspire women to reach their goals, offers a step-by-step guide on how to get focused, confident, energised and organised.
This is the first book written by Jo who set up her business and became a Certified Performance Coach and NLP Practitioner early in 2014, leaving behind her a 15 year management career in manufacturing.
Jo said: “I’m passionate about making a difference and I love to write, so it was a natural progression to fill a book with the advice and techniques that I use in one-to-one and small group coaching.
“My mission is to get the message out to women everywhere that they don’t have to settle for second best, and that they can have what they want, provided they are brave enough to take action!”
Alongside her book, Jo is preparing to launch a members club called Fearless Fantastic offering continuous personal development via an online support and networking forum.
