Neighbourly appoints Head of Client Engagement
Neighbourly.com – the internet platform that connects local community projects with companies which want to make a difference – has announced the appointment of Lloyd Buxton as Head of Client Engagement. He joins the company with over ten years’ experience in sales and business development.
Previously, Buxton was Business Development Manager at customer interaction software specialist Eptica, focusing on client development across industry sectors; he has also held senior business development roles at Portrait Software and Callcredit Information Group. Buxton will now lead efforts to build upon existing client relationships and to drive new corporate adoption of the Neighbourly platform, as the company prepares for its next growth phase.
Luke McKeever, Executive Chairman, adds: “Companies such as Marks & Spencer and Starbucks have already been delighted, not only with the Neighbourly platform’s ease of use – but also the positive impact it has helped them deliver and measure through their community programmes. As our user base and geographic footprint grows, Lloyd will play a vital role in ensuring we are working effectively with existing clients, and that new organisations see the benefits of joining the Neighbourly platform.”
