Ecommerce software provider Zenstores partners with NetDespatch

Zenstores increases delivery service options for eBay and Amazon sellers with new Royal Mail offering

Marlow, 14th July 2015 - NetDespatch, the leading shipping and parcel data management platform for postal and parcel carriers, has formed a partnership with Zenstores, enabling its customers to streamline their workflow by seamlessly integrating with Royal Mail and other carriers; printing the correct shipping labels, customs documentation and manifests, as well as automatically sending electronic pre-advice data to the carrier.

Bristol-based Zenstores, provides order management and fulfilment software for small ecommerce businesses. This is realised through an easy to use order management tool for online retailers enabling them to sync orders from online channels such as eBay, Amazon and Shopify, and create and print shipping labels and invoices for these orders in a few clicks, thus saving time and effort. Zenstores also provides small business owners with easy access to the growing potential of online marketplaces connecting them with millions of new potential customers around the world. A particular challenge for Zenstores was the time, complication and cost associated with integrating with various postal and parcel carriers individually. Through its partnership with NetDespatch, Zenstores has been able to respond immediately to the new Royal Mail requirement for 2D barcode labels, as well as enabling these to be included in an integrated invoice. In addition Zenstores will now be able to boost the delivery options available to its customers, by offering integration with most other UK carriers and Click and Collect networks.

“Our mission is to improve the day to day logistics of micro-businesses trading online,” explained Zenstores Co-Founder and CEO, Thomas Palmer. “We are keen to offer as many delivery options to our customers as possible, however these carrier integrations can be time intensive and costly. Our partnership with NetDespatch will enable us to speed up the time to deployment of these various carrier integrations whilst saving on development hours which are expensive.”

“The USP for NetDespatch is that it provided us with an easily deployable tech layer that meant we didn’t have to change much code, which saved us a great amount of time.” Continued Thomas. “We appreciate the difficulties that micro businesses have with regard to managing an increasing catalogue of orders because essentially that’s how our business began. We were online sellers overwhelmed with orders from around the world and so created Zenstores as a tool to help other businesses suffering the same fate. Our integration with NetDespatch will free up the time of more business owners and enable them to focus on growing their business and realising their own vision.” Ends
