Replay, Moss and Krispy Kreme are all opening stores in Leeds Trinity.

Leeds Trinity to welcome three new stores this summer

Trinity Leeds, the city’s prime shopping destination, has announced that three popular retailers will open stores in the venue this July and August.

The brands moving into Land Securities’ award- winning asset include menswear store, Moss, Italian fashion brand Replay, and American doughnut giant, Krispy Kreme, which all follow the arrival of ‘bubble tea’ London café, Bubbleology, last month.

Replay has taken a ground floor unit totalling over 1,000 sq ft (93 sq m) on a 10-year lease, whilst Krispy Kreme has signed for a 260 sq ft (24 sq m) unit on a 10-year lease.

Furthermore, Moss will open in almost 5,000 sq ft (465 sq m) of space on a 6-year lease and Bubbleology, the popular ‘bubble tea’ London café, has taken a 125 sq ft (12 sq m) space on a 5-year lease.

Located in the city centre, Trinity Leeds has helped Leeds become one of the top three retail destinations outside of London since opening in 2013, achieving CoolBrand status last year and continuing to bring the most popular shops, food and drink outlets to Leeds.

Paul Smith, marketing manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “We are delighted that these fantastic UK and international brands have decided to take space in Trinity Leeds, and predict they will be massively popular with our shoppers. We are particularly proud to host a Leeds success story in Accent’s new Replay operation, and support an award-winning family run business as it brings another designer fashion brand to the city.”

Rob Jewell, Portfolio Director for Land Securities, added: “This tranche of lettings demonstrates the demand throughout the market for space in Trinity Leeds, as it continues to perform outstandingly well. We are delighted that these varied and hugely popular new brands have decided to take space in the heart of Leeds.”
