Strong year for Teesside recruitment firm sees staff count quadruple
Solutions Recruitment Teesside has reported a strong first year of growth, after launching the business in July 2014. Alongside achieving a surplus of £1m in turnover, the company has quadrupled its staff count.
The Teesside business forms part of the wider Solutions Recruitment Group, which is headquartered in Newcastle and was established in 1984.
The Group provides recruitment in the temporary, contract, permanent, professional and executive markets and owing to the success have expanded their office space threefold at Boho 6 in Middlesbrough.
Matthew Telling, Operations Manager, Solutions Recruitment Teesside said; “I’m absolutely delighted with the progress we’ve made since launching Solutions Recruitment in Teesside a year ago.
“Naturally our plan was to achieve significant growth, but we’ve really hit the ground running and we’re making great strides in delivering outstanding results to clients in a wide range of business sectors.”
Working across varying sectors including finance, sales & marketing, IT, manufacturing & engineering, supply chain & procurement and industrial & construction, the business works in close collaboration with clients to provide services to meet both permanent and temporary talent needs.
Matthew continued: “I’m also thrilled with the talent we have recruited into the team. Our recruitment strategy has been carefully planned, and I’m proud to lead some of the most experienced, capable and well-respected consultants in the North East.
