Customer focus wins top award for care company
~~Customer Focus Wins Top Award for Care Company
Warrington-based home care company, Home Instead Senior Care, whose revenues will hit £70m this year, has picked up a national award for Customer Focus.
The award, presented at the British Franchise Association’s HSBC Franchisor of the Year Awards, recognises that Home Instead has demonstrated a clear focus on customer service and, importantly, can illustrate that its approach to customer care has underpinned sustained growth.
Commenting on the win, CEO Trevor Brocklebank, who set up the business with his wife, Sam, in 2006, said, “Customer service sits at the heart of everything that we do as a business. We have developed a number of market leading initiatives to accurately measure customer satisfaction. The information that we gather is acted upon to continually improve and develop our service.
“Without such a strong focus on customer service the business would not have grown at the rate it has.”
Home Instead Senior Care specialises in providing non-medical care for older people, helping them to continue living in their own homes.
