Stockton accountancy practice completes recruitment drive
Evolution LLP, a Stockton-based accountancy practice, has recruited six new staff members to match to meet growing demand for its services.
All from the region, recent graduate Ryan Hall has joined the firm as a trainee accountant, James Emberson, Nichola Donnelly and Helen Cole have been appointed as audit and accounts seniors, and Ella Wilson and Samantha Marley are both apprentices working in the payroll bureau.
The firm, which has 58 employees plus six members, has now employed a total of 12 people over the last year.

Nichola, who previously worked at Flannagans Chartered Accountants, said: “Evolution has a credible reputation and that’s what originally attracted me. When I came to the interview I completely fell in love with the business.
“I am excited to be part of the team not only for my future progression and career but also for that of the firm’s. The possibilities seem endless and I am very happy to join.”
Helen, who previously worked at Leonard Bye Chartered Accountants, said: “I knew this was the firm I wanted to be a part of and that would equip me with all of the skills needed for success.
“The drive, ambition and passion for exceeding client’s expectations at Evolution is leading to rapid expansion, so it’s a really exciting time to join the team.”
Martin, who puts Evolution’s success down to a combination of a first class service and focused business plan based on client feedback, added: “We aim to be the premier hybrid consultancy in the North, so watch this space for further exciting plans!”
