Newcastle Charity benefit from Teesside Support.
A leading Teesside IT and Communications company have announced their new support for a Newcastle based charity. Agile Group Ltd presented St Oswald’s Hospice with a cheque for £1000 that will help them meet their daily fundraising targets.
St Oswald’s Hospice, founded in the 1970’s, provide palliative care for adults, children and young people who have life limiting illnesses. Matt Pearsall, Business Development Manager at Agile Group Ltd, who looks after the companies’ clients in Newcastle, was keen to work with the charity as part of Agile Group’s mission; to support charities in all regions. He says; ‘The philosophy of the charity is what drew me to support them. Their commitment to supporting the families and carers of their patients really stood out for me.’
On Wednesday 22nd July, Matt Pearsall and Emily Dallara (MD of the Charity Committee & Marketing Coordinator for Agile Group Ltd) left Teesside for a special occasion. They were responsible for presenting the Charity with a cheque for £1000 as part of their nominated charity scheme, much to the delight of their patients and staff.
Agile Group Ltd support multiple charities and take corporate responsibility seriously.
