Wayne Langford Consolidates Water Management Commitments

Wayne Langford has made a bold step in his commitment to the development and expansion of water management technology. His company, Sudscape Technology Limited (STL) has taken back control of the patented Sudscape system which he founded. Additionally, the assets of Eden Paving were bought by Langford Direct Ltd, to add to its portfolio.

“STL’s porous paving range, Sudstech, Sudscape and Trailflex, are all 100 per cent sustainable and environmentally-friendly,” Wayne states. “They all meet the SUDS Approval Body (SAB) standard for sustainable urban drainage systems. This is crucial for developers and architects in complying with local authority planning consent”.

“These resin-bound aggregate surfacing and stone and rubber paving systems offer flexible groundwater and run-off drainage solutions for a variety of situations. Car parks, driveways, cycle tracks and footpaths can all benefit from STL products.”

STL recently celebrated the granting of a US Patent for their stone and rubber paving solution. This accompanies the UK and South African Patents already held for their Sudscape and Sudstech systems.

“For all intents and purposes Sudscape Technology Ltd is a new business,” Wayne explains. “It builds on the foundations I’ve laid. I am making a bigger undertaking in the development of porous paving technology and have a portfolio Patents Pending across Europe and the world.”

“The US Patent covers all recyclable materials covered with a stone resin topping, thus opening other possible future products. This shows our commitment to environmentally-friendly water management and sustainable drainage solutions both in the UK and across the world.”

Wayne believes that it is his mission to provide and develop this area of business. By consolidating his various business interests in one place, he feels better positioned with the recent purchases to take his work forward.
