Neopost unveils Hybrid Mail for NeoPreference

Neopost, a leading supplier of communication solutions, has released an updated version of NeoPreference, its cloud-based communication management tool for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This latest version of NeoPreference includes Hybrid Mail, which enables SMEs to automatically turn any digital document into a physical letter via Neopost’s UK-based fulfilment centre, thus removing the inefficiency and reducing the costs associated with preparing and sending physical mail.

While digital communication has become a popular and effective means of communication for SMEs, many of their customers still choose to be contacted by traditional mail, which adds cost and complexity to their communications processes. It is therefore essential that these firms have tools in place to help them utilise physical mail in a cost-effective and timely manner. NeoPreference’s new Hybrid Mail function enables users to create and upload their documents digitally, before being printed and posted at Neopost’s UK fulfilment centre. By allowing Neopost to handle the entire physical mailing process, SMEs can also dramatically reduce their expenditure on office supplies and postage, as well as the time spent on manual processes.

The announcement follows on from the launch of NeoPreference, Neopost’s cloud based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, in January 2015. Developed for small businesses, NeoPreference enables users to simplify and centralise the preparation, delivery and archiving of both paper and electronic business critical documents. The tool automates traditionally manual processes, enabling SMEs to drive process efficiency and have the professional presentation of a bigger brand, without the price tag of an enterprise-class solution.
