Huddersfield Town flies high with Leeds-Bradford Airport
Huddersfield Town is taking off with Leeds Bradford Airport.
A new partnership between the two will see the airport offer Town fans regular competitions, chances to win flights and special offers.
The airport is flying high following an £11m investment in passenger facilities, which was completed in 2012. Last year, LBA was named Best UK Airport in the Travel Weekly Globe Awards
David Gornall, airport commercial director, said he was delighted to announce the partnership with Huddersfield Town.
He said: “There are numerous reasons why we think Huddersfield Town supporters will like Leeds Bradford Airport, including our all-inclusive luxury Yorkshire Premier Lounge and our new CARGO store brimming with travel essentials, kids’ stuff and grab-and-go snacks to take onto the plane.”
Huddersfield Town’s John Williams said: “The club is delighted to have signed a new partnership agreement with Leeds Bradford Airport. It’s clear to see the airport is ever-changing with major state-of-the-art development work.”
