Live & Breathe appoints Publicis and DLKW LOWE talent Justin Hill as CD
Live & Breathe has appointed Justin Hill as creative director for its Leeds office with immediate effect as it continues to invest in high profile talent from across the industry.
The move follows the promotion of James Hoxley to the role of executive creative director earlier this year as part of a restructure of the top tier creative team across its London and Leeds offices.
Hill will be based at the Leeds office, where he will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the creative team alongside other key senior personnel. A key part of his remit will be to work on the agency’s World Duty Free and Morrisons accounts, as well as supporting new business and helping to deliver award-winning work to all Live & Breathe clients.
Hill brings over 20 years’ of London integrated expertise working at agencies including Publicis Chemistry, M&C Saatchi and DLKW LOWE, where he was responsible for Morrisons retail and brand TV. More recently at Momentum Worldwide, as creative group head, he had responsibility for the Nescafé Alegria worldwide account.
Hill will report into Live & Breathe ECD James Hoxley.
Stuart Mitchell CEO said: “Justin’s appointment marks a new era for the Leeds creative team and another step forward for the agency as a whole. We were impressed by his energy and ideas, which combined with his hardworking, grounded attitude make him an ideal fit for our culture and clients.
“With the appointments of Justin and also James Hoxley as our ECD, we are now ideally positioned to drive our Considered Maverick proposition forward with real creative clout.”
Justin Hill added: “Our fast-evolving lifestyle and tech landscapes demand fresh creative approaches to perennial business challenges. There is an exciting opportunity for Live & Breathe to develop creative ideas that work beautifully across channels and, in shaping the relationships consumers have with brands, translate to measurable business sense.
“My passion lies in mentoring creative teams and inspiring them to achieve the highest creative standards. I’m excited to apply this at Live & Breathe, with its exciting roster of established and new clients and brilliant team of creative talent.”
