Cheshire-based Energetics Networked Energy moves to new Warrington base

Multi-utility services firm Energetics Networked Energy has moved into a new base in Warrington.

The company has taken 13,693 sq ft at 206 Cavendish Place, Birchwood Park, in a bid to create an improved connection with the rest of the North West.

Jonathan Walsh, Birchwood Park’s MD, said, “We are focused on creating a business environment that offers an alternative to the traditional industrial estate, and have incorporated office space and warehouse facilities to achieve this.

“The letting of 206 Cavendish Place reinforces the high demand for this unique space in the North West, and we are looking forward to welcoming Energetics and more occupiers to our new warehouse development. “

Before the move, Energetics operated from a site on Woolston Grange Avenue in Warrington.

The firm’s director, Steve Morris, said: “For us, it’s vital that we have premises that combine a warehouse unit with high office space content. We are known for our personal approach to delivering projects and providing support to clients throughout the design and build process, so we needed a practical working environment that reflects the work we do.”

Steve continued: “Birchwood Park delivers the perfect mixed-use space, allowing us to showcase projects to our clients in a professional and well respected environment.”

Now, the operator of Birchwood Park, PATRIZIA, is constructing three warehouse sites at 711-713 Cavendish Avenue and expects the new facilities to be open by the end of the year.
