Wirral-based accountants Woods Squared is embarking on a recruitment drive to meet the growing client demand for its services.
The Hamilton Square-based firm, which saw its turnover grow by over 20% in 2014 and recognised a 37% client increase, has announced a recruitment drive across the company, beginning with a campaign to recruit a qualified client manager.
The firm intends to double its workforce over the next 18 months, with plans to appoint six key roles across the company.
The director of Woods Squared, Alan Woods, said: “The firm has seen huge organic growth over the last 12 months, following a substantial increase in the number of new clients. We now enter an exciting phase in the firms development as we expand with a focused recruitment drive that will strengthen our team with yet more qualified talent.
“As a firm with strong core values, we place high value on quality, innovation and fun. It’s not only important to the firm, but to me personally, that our team feel as valued as our clients.”
He added: “With a vision to continue on our path of strong growth, we want to attract quality candidates who bring with them not only the relevant qualifications, but also the skills and approach to help our fast-growing, entrepreneurial clients to thrive.”
