iStation supports local charity Daisy Chain
Since November 2014 we have worked closely with local charity Daisy Chain, providing technical support to their Apple infrastructure within the organisation.
Daisy Chain is a unique charity that addresses the needs of children on the autism spectrum and their families. The charity, which was established in 2003, provides a range of services, including support and activity groups for the whole family from the 5.5 acre farm in Norton, Stockton-on-Tees. Autism has a huge impact on the whole family so Daisy Chain takes into account the needs of the child, parents, carers and siblings.
We originally started supporting Daisy Chain on a 3 month trial basis and since the growth of their project we have continued to support their IT infrastructure.
iStation provide ongoing remote and onsite support at Daisy Chain’s two sites covering 50+ Mac computers, Mac Server, network infrastructure and providing technical assistance to their 60+ employees as well as supporting the IT needs of Daisy Chain’s two stores on Portrack Lane, Stockton-on-Tees to ensure the charity can continue to run efficiently to support the children and families who need it.
We offer 10% discount for members of the public who use Daisy Chain’s services to show our appreciation for the hard work they do for our local community. Please see a member of Daisy Chain staff for your discount card.
