Luxury Fudge Available from Chocolat Lovers

Chocolat Lovers, an online luxury chocolate boutique not only offer chocolate and champagne gifts but they also offer a range of luxury fudge.

Fudge has little history before 1886, when it was first sold in Baltimore in the US for around 40 cents. Fudge is created by mixing sugar, milk and butter (it is nice in small amounts!) and then heating it to a soft ball stage which is around 240 degrees Fahrenheit. The mixture is then beating while it cools to allow for the smooth, creamy texture which we encounter when tasting fudge. Fudge now comes in a wide variety of flavours with many varieties containing nuts, fruit and even sweets.

Many people don’t realise that they can savour the life line of their fudge by freezing it. Chocolat Lover’s online luxury fudge can also be frozen for up to a year and still hold all of the delicious flavours. You should ensure to freeze the fudge properly that you cut the pieces into the sizes you require and wrap each piece of the specialist fudge in airtight material such as tin (aluminium) foil to protect the fudge against water vapour and moisture. When you are ready to eat the fudge from Chocolat Lovers, remove it from the freezer (still in its wrapping) and allow the fudge to defrost at room temperature; you must ensure it stays in its wrapping until completely thawed.

Chocolat Lovers offer a Chocolate Lovers Fudge hamper by the Fudge Kitchen which contains a range of chocolate flavoured fudge including rich chocolate fudge sauce and a hot drinking fudge with a mug and spoon.

As well as online luxury fudge, Chocolat Lovers sell a range of luxury chocolate gifts including The Ultimate Collection hamper by Organic Seed & Bean. All of the chocolate in this hamper is made in England and in small scale batches to highlight the love and care which has gone into making these products. Some of the chocolate included in this hamper are plain dark bar, hazelnut & almond milk bar and some more daring flavours include the coconut & raspberry bar and lemon & cardamom dark bar.
