Restore snaps up Leigh data services business
Greater Manchester-based scanning firm Crimson UK has been acquired by document services business Restore for £1 million.
Restore may pay up to another £675,000 over five years conditional on a major contract.
The deal was financed on a cash-free, debt-free basis from AIMS-listed Restore’s existing balance sheet.
From its headquarters in Leigh, Crimson offers a range of specialist data options including both onsite scanning and outsourced managed services.
Their core business is to capture and process business critical documents, such as purchase invoices, as well as scanning and archiving other key paperwork into a more manageable system and accessible format.
Its client base is nationwide and includes both private and public sector firms and organisations.
