Southgate Industrial Estate- Fully Let

Nolan Redshaw Chartered Surveyors have successfully negotiated the final letting at Southgate Industrial Estate in Heywood.

The site is now fully let.

The estate was purchased in March 2014 by Alden Green and comprises approximately 70,000 sq. ft. of excellent warehouse accommodation.

Senior surveyor Jonathan Pickles said. “This recent letting to MTM Distribution Ltd of circa. 4,000 Sq Ft means that occupancy levels on the estate have now risen from 85 per cent to 100 per cent since our involvement. Alden Green has carried out all required refurbishment works since acquiring the estate last year, ensuring that all incoming tenants have been presented with a quality turnkey property solution.”
