Two North West hotels added to Valor portfolio
Management company Valor Hospitality Europe has been appointed to manage a further three hotels – two in the North West.
The company has added Hotel Indigo in Liverpool and the Ramada Manchester in Salford Quays as well as the Ramada Birmingham City to its high profile group.
Valor was formed in November 2014 to manage what was previously QMH UK Limited.
Rapid expansion over the past nine months has seen the company grow from managing 11 hotels to its current portfolio of 20.
Brian McCarthy, managing director of Valor Hospitality Europe, said: “We are very proud of the significant progress that we have made in the last nine months. We are in the process of making a number of key appointments so we are adding to our team as well as to our hotel portfolio, which is fantastic for the business.
“All three new hotels represent excellent opportunities for Valor going forward. The Hotel Indigo in Liverpool is the first hotel we have managed under the Indigo banner and we are excited about working with this boutique brand and continuing our relationship with IHG.”
Valor Hospitality Europe is an extension of USA based Valor Hospitality Partners, which operates properties on the East Coast of the United States and Valor’s sister company, PMR Hospitality Partners, based in Cape Town, that manages a portfolio of properties in South Africa.
Valor operates independent hotels, resorts and branded properties and enjoys a strong working relationship with many of the major brands, including IHG, Hilton, Marriott and Starwood.
